Refund policy

At Aleksandra Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • All returned items must be in new, unused condition. This means:

    • Not worn

    • Not washed

    • Not used in any way

    • Free from stains, makeup, deodorant marks, or damage

    • No scent (including perfume, body sprays, detergent, or smoke)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Accessories (such as jewelry, hats)

Return Process

  1. Email us at M_ewa_m@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

  3. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Important Notes

  • Aleksandra Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

  • If an item is returned in non-eligible condition, it will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
